Holiday Punch Recipe

I usually find most Christmas cocktails a bit heavy and strong, which is nice to counteract the chill outside, but sometimes you want something lighter for a party. This festive holiday punch recipe is a great choice. I’m also known to serve my Cranberry Sangria or this Cranberry Prosecco Punch for the holidays.

Psst – in case you noticed those amazing little devils in the photos, you can find those delicious spiked cherries here.

Tips for this Holiday Punch

  • Using cranberry juice allows this to serve as a casual brunch or mid-afternoon cocktail. If you prefer a stronger holiday drink, swap out the cranberry juice for cranberry-flavored vodka or cranberry wine.
  • You can also substitute pomegranate juice, orange juice, or even some limeade for the cranberry juice.
  • You’re going to want plenty of ice on hand for this recipe, and those cute springs of rosemary are not totally necessary but add a festive touch.
  • Sugared cranberries threaded onto a cocktail toothpick makes for a festive holiday garnish.
  • Sparkling rose can be used instead of prosecco or champagne.
  • We use cranberry ginger ale in our holiday punch recipe. However, if you can’t find it, regular ginger ale, or a lemon-lime soda such as Sprite or 7-Up will work just fine.
