It’s Friday night, and you’re tired of cooking, but you don’t want to spend money on ordering out. These Pizza Sliders are the perfect solution! With simple ingredients, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal that will please everyone in the family.
Ingredients for Pizza Sliders Recipe
- Hawaiian rolls – You can use any slider-sized rolls!
- Pizza sauce – I like a marinara sauce for this pizza sliders recipe.
- Mozzarella cheese – You can also use any cheese you’d like!
- Provolone cheese – You can use all mozzarella cheese if you want!
- Pepperoni – If you aren’t a fan of pepperoni, then you can use sausage.
- Butter – Let’s not forget how vital butter is for this recipe!
- Parmesan cheese – Freshly grated is best, but you can use the kind in the bottle.
- Garlic – I like to use a ton of garlic in my recipe.
- Italian seasoning – Don’t forget the Italian seasoning. It will bring all of the ingredient flavors together!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pizza or marinara sauce for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° and spray a pan with cooking spray.
- Cut the sliders open horizontally, and place the bottom of the rolls in the pan.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the rolls and smooth out.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and lay the provolone cheese over the mozzarella.
- Place a pepperoni slice on each roll, the place the tops of the rolls back on.
- Combine the melted butter, garlic, parmesan and Italian seasoning together. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the pan tightly with tinfoil and bake for 17 minutes. Remove the tinfoil and continue baking for 3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with marinara or pizza sauce.
